Pickleball!!!

I love it !!  I Have been enjoying playing for 13 years and have been teaching the game for 11 years. 
I am an active part of 2 pickleball clubs and a drop in to a third near my city of Maple Ridge

I also compete in local tournaments in mixed, men’s, and singles, with many awards in these events, including a most sportsmanlike award. 

I believe the game should be played with fun in mind first and fun in mind second as well. I teach in the same manner.

I see it as a continuous journey where there is always room for improvement. 

I am usually on the court 2 to 3 days a week teaching and coaching beginner and novice players, increasing their skills and showing them the finer points of the game. I do get requests nearly daily to go out and instruct someone in one of my social circles which does keep me very busy with organizing players and matching them up with similar skill levels, but I do enjoy it a lot so it keeps me motivated to keep it going. The smiles on people’s faces while playing the game and learning a new skill is what makes me happiest.
