Kendra Guthrie

With over a decade of experience teaching in studios, workshops, festivals, retreats, higher education, elementary, middle and public high schools, Kendra currently serves as Executive Director of Humble Warrior Collective, a nonprofit whose mission "provides marginalized and underserved individuals access to trauma-informed movement and mindfulness techniques, empowering communities to cultivate personal wellness, discovery, and resilience."
 
Kendra’s fusion of movement styles continues to evolve following evidenced-based forms of practice emphasizing wellbeing, self-inquiry, self-sovereignty, and empowerment. 

East truly meets west; and the embodiment is a pint-sized whirlwind of energy and information. Spinning her own mix of the greatest hits, imbued with poetry, and an encyclopedic approach at relevant information, Kendra’s playful flows rock you through a class full of awakening asanas; intending to stretch the body, the mind, and anything left or in-between.
