Victoria Wilde

I started in the industry teaching aerobics and step aerobics, moved on to special populations, water fitness, then on to Tai Chi, Yoga and Spinning. I have earned several certifications along the way and keep them up by going to Idea's Fitness Fusion in Chicago, Empower San Francisco, Yoga Journal Conference in San Francisco And International Aquatics Fitness Conference in Florida.  I enjoy teaching Yoga, Cycling and Water fitness classes. I have worked for a Hospital based Wellness Center for 31 years. My personal hobbies are long distance cycling, water color painting and wine making. I own Wilde Prairie Winery in South Dakota.
