I have been teaching all types of group fitness as well as performed personal training for over 20 years!  I love to teach fitness classes such as barre, pilates, yoga, sculpting, water fitness and train all age groups and abilities.  My speciality is teaching to a variety of different abilities in one class!  I show various levels of intensity so that everyone can exercise in the same class and can train at their own level and according to how their body feels that day!  I have owned my own athletic club and yoga studio and now teach a variety of exercise classes at several area clubs.
