I've been teaching spin for over 10 years. Spinning literally saved my life when I began taking a spin class at NYSC. I was so driven by the energy, music and instructor that I never wanted to leave. More than anything though i was overwhelmed by the sense of community that engulfed the room. That is exactly what cherish about my spinning classes now. We have built a fantabulous community of people that maintain a sense of caring both in and out of the spin room! We support each other, we laugh together, grow together, but most importantly we kick Butt together on the bike!
