I have been attending group fitness classes since 1981 and teaching classes since 1986. I currently work at a club in New Berlin WI where I teach spin classes, group strength classes, pilates, core, and some yoga. My classes are very well attended and I have a good relationship with my class participants. My philosophy about fitness is to create an environment where participants get a good work out, have fun, get to know each other, and leave the class feeling better mentally and physically than they did before they came. I feel grateful that people choose to attend my classes and I am hopeful that this graditude is displayed in my teaching style. I have alot of fun teaching and use fun stories and life experiences to engage class participants.
