Lenore Cottrell

I have worked for 4 different health clubs for a total of over 10 years of experience with the fitness industry.  I have done everything from folding towels and racking weights to sales and marketing.  I have been teaching group fitness for 7 years and have done personal training in a light capacity throughout my career.  I am the group fitness director for a chain of World Gym's in Northwest Arkansas.  I love my job and I love my classes! I have a passion for fitness and I am always looking to share that with others.
