I started my career as a school teacher. After discovering physical fitness and all of it's tremendous benefits in my late 20's I was hooked. I lost 70 lbs of fat and teaching others about the value and benefits of good health, exercise and nutrition became my passion! I absolutely love my job. I have been Personal Training for 7 years now and I still love to learn, I take every chance I get to learn something new in the industry. Variety is what I love and so do my clients. That is probably why they never leave me. Everyday it's something new and different but, I always take into account their personal strengths and limitations when planning their workouts. 5 years ago I became certified in yoga thru YogaFit. I never imagined that it would become such a huge part of my business. My yoga classes are strengthening balancing and stretching but never to difficult. They are geared towards beginner to intermediate yoga students. I always add in some core work as well as some foam roller techniques. I think that makes my classes popular and unique. We always finish class with a relaxing guided meditation. Everyone always leaves feeling so much better then when they came. I love what fitness has done for my life and I am so happy that I get to spread it to the rest of the world!
