Exercising and healthy eating have been lifelong commitments of mine.  I have taught fitness classes for the past 25+ years. I started out teaching aerobics for Aerobics International at various fire halls and schools. I've taught at numerous clubs and do personal training in homes. I currently teach at LA Fitness.  I am certified in Yoga 1, II & III, Tai Chi and PIYO. I also teach boxing, kickboxing, aqua, bodyworks, turbokick, step, bootcamp and cycling. I enjoy taking Zumba and bellydancing classes, and am an avid racquetball player and am just learning pickleball.
