Being a professional dancer, trained in Russia(ballet, jazz, modern, folk), and team volleyball player, and track and field athlete, I was always interested in the wellbeing aspect of the human existance, and that's why I've got involved with National Aerobics Association of Russia. In 1991 I've got my first internationally recognized Group Fitness certification by an IDEA provder Ginger Banta. I've been teaching dance aerobics classes ever since, working with teens, adults, and children. Now, in the US, I take advantage of combining of my Russian experience in Sports and Dance and the advances of the American fitness and rehabilitation industries. I'm currently enrolled in the Advanced Anatomy for Yoga Teachers Program at Breathing Project, and for the 3rd year keep teaching and developing my Belly Dance fitness workout, utilizing my knowledge of Pilates, Iyengar Yoga, Jazzercise, Somatics, and Gyrokinesis.
