Marian Klatt

Based in Richmond, Virginia, where I earned a bachelor's in English from VIrginia Commonwealth University. I've worked in customer service, retail, reception and home childcare in addition to building a career in fitness.

I was a sporadic exerciser until 2006, when I started going to the gym regularly. I fell in love with Les Mills classes, and became an instructor within months. I found a confidence in my ability to move and to lead a group of people that I would have never dreamed!

This year I started a home-based personal training business, through which I also give private yoga sessions. I continue to teach group fitness and to educate myself continually about exercise science and motivational techniques.
