Lesley Fleming

I am 32 years old and have spent the past 8 years working as an officer on board motor yachts.  I have been a CanFit certified Personal trainer for 5 years and have used that experience for myself and my fellow crew members.  I have always practiced yoga, and this past February decided to make the change in my life and went to India to obtain my yoga teacher certification.  Now I am looking to gain experience and share my love of yoga and my knowledge of fitness with others.
