Janine Lahr

Janine has been bringing her enthusiasm to the fitness industry for 20 years.  She started dancing at the age of 4 and fell in love with the study of creative movement from that moment on.  She is a certified ACE Group Fitness Instructor, Schwinn Cycling Instructor, as well as a registered Yoga Instructor with Yoga Alliance. During her career, Janine feels fortunate to have traveled and worked for both Norwegian Cruise Lines, as an onboard Sports & Fitness Director, and Reebok International, as a Creative Consultant & Master Presenter/Trainer, as well as being an instructor and manager for many amazing health spa facilities throughout the Tri-State area.  As she continues to work for Equinox Health Clubs in NYC and starting her own business, in her new hometown of Metuchen, NJ, she looks forward to continuing on her journey to bringing the education of health & wellness to all.
