Shamika Wells

My name is Shamika Wells.  I enjoy teaching yoga! I love rockclimbing, traveling and explore all that life has to offer. I love how yoga unites and connects individuals and enjoy sharing the benefits of asanas with my students! Often I find inspiration on my mat and strive to guide my students to feel inspired and creative once they leave their mat.  Sharing the peace one posture at a time is my motto!
