Before i embarked in the world of health and fitness as a business, i worked many years in the Government on contract Admin positions.

Opened a Spinning Studio in 2001 - 2009, some of the best times of my fitness career.

I have made fitness and health my life and as a stay at home mom i now work for myself personal training and as a nutrition consultant.
