For as long as I can remember, fitness has been a part of my daily life. In elementary and high school, I participated in running events and discovered I was a pretty good distance runner. After having several children, I realized that I needed more than just cardio in order to achieve my desired results, which was more muscle tone and definition.  I incorportated step aerobics as well as weight training into my routine. In my mid to late twenties, I taught step aerobics at our local church. In 2009, I was introduced to Beach Body and all of its wonderful workout programs. I started attending Turbo Kick classes at our local YMCA. In more recent years, I started taking Insanity and PiYo classes. However, I was still restless and needed more of a challenge, and so I took the advice and encouragement from my bootcamp instructor to get certified and start teaching classes. This has been a dream come true for me! I am so thrilled to be sharing my passion and love for staying fit! I have a wonderful group of ladies at my school as well as at Greensboro Adventure Bootcamp who depend on me to give them a great workout. I am passionate about delivering a challenging, energetic, and fun workout each and every time I teach.
