Iris Saar

My passion for physical fitness is rooted back in the open spaces of my childhood's home town- we used to run, climb and hike pretty much all the time. I did Track & Field at school then continued my path at the army for 2 years of combat service.

Certifications followed right after I graduated from the military; Group X, Personal Trainer, Indoor Cycling, Kids Fitness, CPR AED and more.

I also pursued my B.A. Degree in Mass Communications & Economics- which I put to good use building the business aspect of SIYO.

I am an avid racer runner & a mother of 2 and a Glen Rock, NJ resident.
