- Veena Grover
Veena Grover is a certified instructor skilled in both Taekwondo Martial Arts and Ananda Yoga, with a genuine passion for teaching.
Having relocated to the United States from India in the 1960s with my husband, a surgeon, I previously taught psychology and kundalini yoga. As a mother, I take immense pride in raising three accomplished children who are my greatest treasures.
Throughout my life, I have been dedicated to continuous learning. I spent years studying and competing at the American Taekwondo Academy, where I achieved first and second-degree black belt certifications in Taekwondo Korean martial arts. My dedication and skill earned me the Distinguish award from the ATA Black Belt Academy. In 2017, I was honored to be inducted into the prestigious Hall of Fame Black Belt club.
As an Ananda yoga professional coach, I am part of a global spiritual movement that centers on finding joy through inner awareness, focusing on the energy of the breath to cleanse the body and create space for relaxation.
Since 1996, I have been profoundly grateful for the opportunity to teach at various resorts through Fit Body Travel & LNRC Sports Club in California. Additionally, I am privileged to be associated with esteemed organizations like LinkedIn, Yoga Alliance, Cambridge Who's Who, and the Yoga Alliance Community.
In conclusion, I express my sincere gratitude by saying, 'Namaste,' a gesture of recognizing the divine within each of us, and may the divinity in me connect with the divinity in you.
