I have a Bachelors degree in Health Sciences and Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy.  I have specialized in the evaluation and treatment of sensory processing and modulation difficulties & neurodevelopmental trauma impacting success in the lives of adults, children, families and systems.  

200 hour YTT through Yoga and Ayurveda Center.  

I LOVE WHAT I DO!  

I enjoy teaching and using yoga to help decrease feelings of anxiety and general overwhelm for both children and adults. 

Yoga is a powerful tool for overall health and healing.  

I am an avid traveler and love combining travel with yoga and my clinical background for the benefit of others! 

Future plans include retreats with counseling, occupational therapy, and yoga aspects combined.
