I currently teach at crunch as well as a local studio called EWC. I teach yoga, spin and group fitness classes. I love teaching and really enjoy being able to help others reach their fitness goals. Working out is something I am passionate about but I know it can be daunting for others. I want my classes to feel fun while being challenging. If I can make the class fun and joke around while we burn calories I know it will become a fun habit for those that attend.
Yoga is my favorite to teach, because it can help so many people in so may ways. Everyone comes to yoga for different reasons.
