Dancing has been my passion since childhood. I started baton twirling at the age of 4 and embraced traditional Japanese dance at 7, even leading the rhythmic gymnastics team in school. After relocating to Los Angeles for marriage, I discovered Zumba in a room next to my daughter's ballet class and fell in love with its rhythm and energy. Zumba has been my anchor, helping me balance the demands of being a business owner and a mother of two, all while maintaining my fitness and health.
