Monica Stoutenborough

I have been interested in yoga and fitness my entire life.  After years of yoga practice I graduated from teacher training October 2009, and am now a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) with Yoga Alliance.  I teach three to five yoga classes as well as vegan nutrition classes most weeks.  I love exposing people to yoga, healthy eating, and the possible transformation it can have on your life.  I understand that people come to yoga for many different reasons and try to offer a class that can answer to those different needs.  My classes range from gentle, quiet and reflective to strong and physically challenging.  I am enjoying every day of my yoga journey for the rest of my life!  Namaste, Monica
