Amanda Iacono

Use your smile to change the world; don’t let the world change your smile.

I’m a high-energy corporate wellness professional based in Boston, MA, passionate about helping people reach their full potential—physically, emotionally, nutritionally, and professionally. In the rapidly growing field of workplace well-being, I built and implemented a comprehensive corporate wellness program that earned the prestigious Best Wellness Employer Award in 2020, 2019, and 2018, as well as WorksWell recognition. The program continues to be rated by employees as one of the company’s most valued health and well-being initiatives.

My mission is simple: help individuals and organizations create sustainable habits that support true work–life balance.

Movement has always been a central part of my life. I began taking fitness classes at 16 and have been teaching since 2001. What I love most about group fitness is the energy, motivation, and sense of community it creates. My classes are welcoming and inclusive for all levels, with thoughtful modifications and adaptable intensity so everyone—from beginners to advanced participants—can feel successful and challenged.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education with a concentration in Leisure Studies and a minor in Health Promotion. I’m also a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Hormone Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City.

To me, well-being means nourishing the body with whole foods, prioritizing sleep, managing stress and mental health, moving every day, practicing gratitude, building meaningful relationships, pursuing fulfilling careers and hobbies, and being fully present for it all.

Based in Boston, MA, I love traveling, meeting new people, teaching outdoors, and introducing others to new ways to move their bodies. My goal is to inspire people to move not because they have to—but because it brings joy, confidence, and a better quality of life.
