My Name is Nicole . 
In November 2019 I completed my 200YTT in Bali Indonesia then continued with my 300YTT in Costa Rica  October 2023 .
I have always had a deep passion for fitness and enhancing both mental and physical health .

Yoga grounds me into the present moment, allowing more clarity , freedom and allowing more self-love into my life . I believe yoga is one of the deepest forms of self-love . Every time we show up for ourselves , we love ourselves more. Which then leads us to create a more positive and loving world around us off the Mat.

 
I want to share my passion with others all around the world .
