Denise was exceptional , helpful beyond belief ,made each step very manageable. The staff were very professional , helpful and a pleasure to work with Most wonderful experience from start to finish .It was a perfectly executed procedure , help was exceptional (as air travel these days is very tricky with flights being cancelled at the minute) So it was a huge comfort that Denise was there to help no matter what .

Everyone was easy to access if I had questions about my classes and all staff were friendly and welcoming. Really enjoyed CSA. I enjoy the fitness facility, variety of class formats I was asked to teach and the fact that there are always folks in class.

Had a great teaching vacation (Feb 12-19). Taught a variety of classes: Spin, Zumba, Abs, Bootcamp, Fitness Walk. Class size size 2-12; many participants came to multiple formats and returned for classes multiple times thru the week. Aerobics studio is a nice space for classes and the sound system works well. I brought a portable speaker for beach workouts. I enjoyed meeting Carol who was teaching yoga. We were able to help each other out and promote each other’s classes. All the fitness staff were helpful and friendly.

Hotel staffers were friendly. The entertainment team very helpful. I love teaching at CSA, the studio is so comfortable, the guests are so appreciative and the schedule is easy( 10 am and 5 pm )

Everything was explained well. I also had been to this resort on vacation previously so I'm sure that helped. The staff was great. They were all very helpful and answered all of my questions. Thank you so much for this opportunity. It was such a fun experience to teach on vacation. It forced me to be more social and meet new people and I'm so thankful for that. Everything was flawless. Customs can be a long line, but we paid for Club Mobay to make the Sunday travel less hectic.

We love CSA! Some say the fitness schedule is too hard so won't re-book. I don't think so however there would be better participation with morning Spin and Bootcamp M-F or MWF and maybe just T Th evening Spin- no evening Bootcamp. The bikes are in need of repair. I'm pretty sure I wrote this in March and last November. In March 2020 Syrika told me someone was scheduled to come do tune ups... then covid hit. It's difficult to find a handful of bikes that won't hurt people's knees at this point. I did do a little deep cleaning again this year an evening there was no participation. The quick cleans don't really cut it (not moving everything when mopping and not taking things out of cupboards to wipe out). It seems the tennis and pickleball courts and equipment are taken care of and up to date however. There were a lot of complaints/ negative comments/ frustration expressed from guests about lack of upkeep and studio equipment that have been coming for 15-20-24 years which is concerning. We want CSA to thrive as a wellness destination!

I taught gx on the beach and in the studio. They have a wonderful facility: Spin bikes, rowers, body bars, mats, yoga blocks, benches, weighted balls, bosu balls. This was my first trip so I learned a lot. Next trip will be smoother for me as I know what to do before, during and after the trip. The ground transport was easy, the whole process was great except flying.

I know the staff since year and I have felt like at home. Since 2002 I have been doing at least once per year a teaching vacation and it is always a wonderful experience. I taught group fitness and cycling in the fitness studio. I love this resort and my classes!

Taught Zumba and cycling. Some classes were outside, some in studio and cycling classes are in the beautiful open air gym. Entertainment staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.This was a great resort and an awesome experience! Couples had really good restaurants and a beautiful fitness facility. We generally gravitate towards properties with more activities on teaching vacations, but it was a much needed time to relax.

I know them over the years and they know me. So they are completely comfortable with that I will provide a good experience for the guests. I love the continuity this resort offers. always amazing and smooth.

All resort employees go above and beyond! If you haven't booked a teaching vacation at Couples Swept Away you're missing a wonderful experience!!! My trip was relatively seamless, no delayed or canceled flights. We did have Global Entry this trip which helps tremendously coming back into the country! Highly recommend.
Check in at CSA was easy and fast, accommodations were great. The staff and management at CSA are very professional and friendly.
I love the teaching vacation opportunity! My classes went well. Attendance was around 5 in studio and 6 and 13 on the beach.I met many nice people from different places. Very thankful for another teaching vacation!!!

Staff were super nice , friendly and welcoming, they showed me around everything during the orientation . The resort was beautiful, definitely 5 Star, the beach, the food and the service best of the best. Had great time . Will book again to couples I want to thank fit bodies for this opportunity of a teaching vacation, they open eyes to see the world , I leaned networking during this trip and everything Fitbodies had mention about this trip is 100 % true. Love this resort! The late afternoon classes were not well attended. they are held at the fitness complex across the street and most people do their workouts in the morning. The resort offers so many activities not that you would have to pay for at other resorts like scuba and snorkeling trips as well as airport transfers. Rooms are not as luxurious as at some resorts and are near the highway so your white noise is traffic rather than ocean LOL! But you can pretend! View from your room is the lobby but we actually thought the location was convenient. We use the room to shower and sleep so as long as it has the basics and is clean, I’ll take the many amenities the resort offers anytime! Having Saturday off was the best way to enjoy them!

Hotel staff was amazing I loved my teaching vacation. The opportunity allowed us to take a trip we otherwise would not have been able to take. The afternoon classes at the resort were rarely attended; back to back morning classes might be better. They have small hand weights, weighted bars (up to 15#), a couple kettlebells, weighted balls, mats, steps, balance balls. One workout was scheduled on the beach and it's a wonderful teaching experience.

Couples Swept Away is the best resort!!! I love all the greenery. The staff are amazing and this time I participated in some of the craft activities, which was very fun. Always look forward to my teaching vacation! They have Weights, bars, mats, stability ball, medicine ball, TRX

Most classes are in the fitness center but I taught a bootcamp on the beach. Fit guests this week! I could really turn out on instead of hold back. I didn't have interaction with the entertainment team though I did with the fitness complex staff. They are fantastic! It was amazing and I always enjoy my experience teaching. There are a couple class times not prone for participation. That's ok though. I have 3 more teaching vacations with Fit Bodies planned for this year!

Taught yoga and Pilates in the sports club and on the beach. Morning class is much more popular. My students were great! From all over! The Entertainment Team is very supportive from attending class often to helping me communicate the classes to guests. Amazing activities here!

I teach yoga and Pilates and at CSA I taught at the sports complex and the beach. They have mats, weights, balls, weighted bars. There was a sound system I could have connected my phone to, but I prefer to bring my own speaker because it's simple and easy. Yes I walked around and invited guests to join, Activity Board, They have you wear an employee badge that says "Visiting Fitness Professional" which is super helpful because guests ask about it. That gives an extra opportunity to talk about your classes. I think all resorts should do this! They were very nice and the bartenders were super funny. Loved my teaching vacation at Couples Swept Away. Such a beautiful resort and beach. Will return!

I taught Zumba and cycling in the beautiful fitness studio where they have a full assortment of equipment: steps, bikes, mats, hand weights...I used my own bluetooth speaker for music. The food, resort staff, BEACH are all wonderful. This was my first teaching vacation and LOVE IT! Went very smooth and staff are very helpful. They were excellent. The whole team were very friendly, helpful. This is a more fitness focused facility and everyone there was excellent to work with. Being my very first experience, I was nervous about how things would go but it went very well. Very glad for the experience. I will book again!

I taught Group Fitness, Small Group PT, Pilates, Cycling in the Studio; they have Bikes seats mats med balls dumbbells. Some classes were scheduled for beach. My Fit Bodies, Inc. flyer was posted, and also class listed on: Printed activities schedule, Resort iPad, I walked around and invited guests to join, The Entertainment team walked around and invited guests to join. I appreciate the ease of the booking experience, the beach, teaching while also on vacation! Great staff to work with. Loved every moment. Couples is an amazing place to teach. Their equipment is in excellent shape and well maintained. Everything was very clean. Location for classes is excellent. Love it and highly recommend.
