Couples Swept Away

This resort is AMAZING! Fitbodies made the whole trip and transfer from airport to resort very easy. We were greeted at the resort with cold washcloths and champagne. Check in was super easy. Our room was very clean and really nice. The mini fridge is stocked and you can request certain beverages to be filled in it. We ordered the morning continental breakfast the first morning so I could have something little to eat before my workout and then kept the remaining fruit in the mini fridge for the rest of the week. The food was absolutely AMAZING! Best food I have had at a resort. The staff was friendly and accommodating. When you arrive you meet with the sports manager and they go over your schedule and show you around. The fitness room is great and has a lot of equipment. It is also air conditioned. I was scheduled to teach once in the morning and once, sometimes twice in the afternoon. The gym is across the street and was not very busy the whole week. I was able to get in some classes though with some honeymooners. We met a lot of people that were returners to the resort. Some of them being their 20 something time there. You know the resort is great if people are coming back. Great experience. Thank you fitbodies for the opportunity!

Streaming music sometimes works but definitely do not rely on it! They have: steps, BOSU, swiss balls, spin bikes, small weights, mats, body bars. GX in the studio and on the beach in Negril is wonderful!

My experience was wonderful, resort had me teach 7 am beach walk and many guests had joined me for early morning walk. Everything was great, we also switch the abs work out class to Aqua Zumba and guests were happy that resort made changes. Great experience overall Great experience overall, staff were wonderful and welcoming , will book again this resort for next

The fitness staff was great. They were very friendly and there to answer my questions. They were clear about what they wanted me to teach. They obviously care that their classes/programs provide what guests want; I noticed that they checked in with guests after classes and activities at the fitness center. In addition to teaching classes, my companion and I spent time playing pickleball. The courts were great. While we didn't need to take the lessons, we noticed the staff who presented the lessons were fun and engaging. As I have experienced at CSA in the past- the vacation was great! I knew what the general expectations and schedule would be, so I felt very comfortable.

Denise was exceptional , helpful beyond belief ,made each step very manageable. The staff were very professional , helpful and a pleasure to work with Most wonderful experience from start to finish .It was a perfectly executed procedure , help was exceptional (as air travel these days is very tricky with flights being cancelled at the minute) So it was a huge comfort that Denise was there to help no matter what .

Had a great teaching vacation (Feb 12-19). Taught a variety of classes: Spin, Zumba, Abs, Bootcamp, Fitness Walk. Class size size 2-12; many participants came to multiple formats and returned for classes multiple times thru the week. Aerobics studio is a nice space for classes and the sound system works well. I brought a portable speaker for beach workouts. I enjoyed meeting Carol who was teaching yoga. We were able to help each other out and promote each other’s classes. All the fitness staff were helpful and friendly.

I love the beach, I love the resort, I love teaching while on vacation. This resort is a gem! Thanks for everything!

Everything was explained well. I also had been to this resort on vacation previously so I'm sure that helped. The staff was great. They were all very helpful and answered all of my questions. Thank you so much for this opportunity. It was such a fun experience to teach on vacation. It forced me to be more social and meet new people and I'm so thankful for that. Everything was flawless. Customs can be a long line, but we paid for Club Mobay to make the Sunday travel less hectic.

I taught gx on the beach and in the studio. They have a wonderful facility: Spin bikes, rowers, body bars, mats, yoga blocks, benches, weighted balls, bosu balls. This was my first trip so I learned a lot. Next trip will be smoother for me as I know what to do before, during and after the trip. The ground transport was easy, the whole process was great except flying.

Taught Zumba and cycling. Some classes were outside, some in studio and cycling classes are in the beautiful open air gym. Entertainment staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.This was a great resort and an awesome experience! Couples had really good restaurants and a beautiful fitness facility. We generally gravitate towards properties with more activities on teaching vacations, but it was a much needed time to relax.
