Gym is equipped with TRX and indoor cycles. Group fitness position is required to teach TRX, SPINNING, and WATER AEROBICS. Couples Tower Isle has the policy if you have visited the resort as a paying guest you may not return as a fitness, yoga/pilates or tennis professional at this time. However, you may book any of the other Couple Resorts.

• 11:00AM Water Aerobics- Thursdays & Fridays meet at the Swim Up Pool Bar.

I was wowed by the color schemes of the lobby, restaurants and rooms that match the color of the blues and greens of the Caribbean identically!! It's gorgeous, chic and classy. Great cuisine and all around a favorite. People are repeat visitors here, and for good reasons.
