Gym is equipped with TRX and indoor cycles. Group fitness position is required to teach TRX, Small Group Training or SPINNING, and WATER AEROBICS. Couples Tower Isle has the policy if you have visited the resort as a paying guest you may not return as a fitness, yoga/pilates or tennis professional at this time.
Equipment at the resort includes: Yoga - mats, blocks and straps. Group Fitness - spinning bikes (SPD clips) 8, TRX 4, Kettlebells 4, 6, 8, 10 & 12, resist-a-ball 3, bosu 2, steps 2. All professionals should travel with a portable speaker. Sound system with blue tooth provided for Aqua class.

*Couples Resorts are very romantic and for “couples” only. As a traveling professional your guest needs to arrive and depart on the same days, Sun to Sun. A couple may be any two people traveling together sharing a king bed. The resort does not host professionals traveling solo.

I was wowed by the color schemes of the lobby, restaurants and rooms that match the color of the blues and greens of the Caribbean identically!! It's gorgeous, chic and classy. Great cuisine and all around a favorite. People are repeat visitors here, and for good reasons.
