Or take a day at the beach with a book while the children enjoy our supervised activities and Recreation center.

Schedule for Fitness Pros (Tentative and subject to change)

All professionals teach all three classes each day Mon - Sat. Teaching may be three hours, on non-travel days.
7AM - Power Walk to the top of the mountain for the gorgeous views of 
          Montego Bay, 3 miles round trip.
9AM - Your group fitness cardio specialty class, yoga or Zumba.

3PM - your group fitness specialty class, yoga or zumba.

Tennis professionals teach 3 hours each day.  The schedule is split between the morning and the afternoon.

*Do not rely on the Kids Club during your class time obligations. Babysitting is available for a fee and must be arranged if your child cannot be supervised by your companion. Kids Club starts at 4 years of age.

Transfer Information

Transfers are not included at this resort. However, transfer services are offered through the Fit Bodies company and can be booked on our website. Once you book this resort through Fit Bodies, Inc., you may secure your transfers.

This resort is frequented by honeymooners and families with little and big kids alike. They really have a ton for everybody to do, eat, drink and experience. The waterpark is amazing - everyone LOVES the lazy river. Many activities, great location. Really cannot beat Dreams Rose Hall.
