Now Amber just got an upgrade and is now Dreams Vallarta Bay!! I have always loved this resort because of the proximity to downtown Puerto Vallarta and the sheer contemporary feel. Not to mention some of the best sunsets that last forever can be seen right in the lobby bar. Spectacular spot not to be missed!!
