-The arrival may be up to two days prior to Oct 15 and departure may be up to two days after Oct 31, to accommodate various flight itineraries.

We provide essential equipment directly to the hotels based on their specific needs. Previously this was separate fee called the gift fund. Instead of this separate fee, Fit Bodies will monitor and update their fitness needs.
Transfers are included.
