I had a great week teaching bootcamp and stretch at Secrets Puerto Los Cabos. The deck where classes were held was beautiful. We loved the entire resort. Great room, food and fun entertainment team.

Love the entertainment team here, and the location of the fitness classes above the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean. The 80% shaded area makes it quite enjoyable for exercise without getting too hot from the sun. We will be back to this resort for another future teaching vacation for sure.

Due to beach being temporarily closed, class location was changed which was fine - some guests were confused about location Wonderful- This was my 6th teaching experience with Fit Bodies and hope to travel again soon- Thank you!

Yoga was on the barracuda deck. The entertainment crew were great. No music was needed - the ocean waves were perfect!

Loved teaching at this resort! I taught a 9am beach walk and 10am bootcamp class. The entertainment team was amazing! The resort has a ton of activities to participate in. Pickleball was the highlight of the week for our group. Only 1 main pool. The resort was a bit spread out. It has a beautiful beach but didn’t really have spots to lay out at the beach. The rooms were a bit smaller and more dated than other secrets we have stayed at, but still wonderful. The food was amazing! We will be back again!

TEACHING: This resort hosts two pros for two daily classes each. The yoga instructor taught yoga at 8 am and 9 am, while I taught Corefirst at 10 am and 11 am. The location is a large palapa by the beach with stunning views and a lovely breeze (and a bar right there!). You go pick up the Corefirsts (if using; about 10-15 available) and mats (if using) from the entertainment center, which is about a 5-minute walk away. Towels are available at the palapa and the bar has water. I had no one show up for most of my classes, and 3 people on one day.
RESORT PROS & CONS: The beach here is gorgeous and walkable in both directions with crystal clear water, although it’s not swimmable (dangerous currents and gigantic waves). There are two large pools with lovely ocean views, one of which is Preferred Club only, so at this resort, I think upgrading to Preferred Club (which I did) brings a lot of value. The rooms are nicely appointed but on the older side. The resort overall doesn’t seem to be well-proportioned for the number of guests: even at 50% capacity, the pools were packed, there was a wait for every restaurant for breakfast and dinner, the buffet selection was very limited compared to other resorts, and it was hard to find space to do anything in the small gym. The spa is fantastic and they offer a 50% discount of all services to Fit Bodies instructors, so be sure to take advantage! WiFi and cell signal are super strong. Food was OK but nothing special. Overall, this is a very solid resort.

The entire E Team was fantastic with David, Lucas, Ivan and Charlie. I taught Pickle Ball on the Temporary Courts at the Conference Center and used my bluetooth speaker for music. The E-team helped me invite guests to join. They have paddles and balls. Awesome vacation and fun teaching experience with the guests and E Team.

Hotel staff was amazing, especially Christian. He was funny, attention to detail and made the experience a once in a lifetime week. Great resort, I will definitely be returning again. Beach walk bootcamp and Corefirst - the resort has the straps.

Wonderful time teaching pickleball! All the staff were great and helpful. The entire entertainment team at some point participated in the activity of playing pickleball. This beautiful resort had everything you would require for a successful teaching vacation . The atrium near the Italian restaurant is where I met guests and the resort provided balls and paddles. I will definitely be back!

The team was so great! Lucas, Ivan and Charlie are so funny and engaging. David was really organized and communicated great. Lorena is super sweet. The yoga schedule had great turnouts at 8&9. The next week I did group at 9&10. Some guests commented that 10:00 had three things that the same population would find interesting: bike ride, pickle ball and fitness. Group class and beach walk were not well attended. My thought is to do group at 8 or 9 on the second level where there is a large cement area and a rail to hook tubes to. Or in one of the grassy areas (except no place to anchor the Exertubes I brought or their CoreFirst. I feel more people would come at 8or9 as yoga is only option then. I would see some guests doing back to back.

I think over all things went really good. The transfers as well as accommodations were exceeding expectations in Secrets Los Cabos. I was told I would get at whats app contact prior to my travels. It took days to get in contact with my main contact. It would help to have this information prior to travel. I am really glad I made the last minute decision to bring workout bands and my own boombox otherwise it would have been more of a challenge. Location for class changed a bit because of guest suggestion.

Yoga was on the beach deck. The ocean is loud so no music is necessary. We adore the Entertainment Team at Secrets! So helpful, personable and kind. I was emotional leaving because of the love that we have for them all. It was emotional not knowing when I’d see them all again. Fitbodies, thank you so much for all that you do! I felt very supported during this booking.

I taught Zumba on the Baracuda deck. The hotel/ E-team were all super excellent! We loved Secrets Puerto Los Cabos! I can't wait for our next Fit Bodies Teaching Trip!

This resort had me connect with the entertainment team via whatsapp. This was VERY helpful! Yoga is in the pavilion overlooking the ocean and it is amazingly beautiful. One of the most beautiful locations- ocean facing and shaded. It was hot 90+ every day so the shade was awesome! I highly recommend this resort for yoga or group fitness instructors!

This was my 1st teaching vacation & I absolutely loved it!! It was amazing! The booking process was so easy! Missy quickly responded to answer my emails. Erica booked my transfers & provided all the info I needed to make my arrival & departure smooth & stress free. Amstar shuttle drivers & all resort staff were welcoming, friendly, professional & helpful. I loved their greeting upon arrival to the resort ""Welcome home!"" I travelled solo for this vacation & felt very safe at all times.
The entertainment team was welcoming. The were in the middle of a busy day when I arrived. Missy had emailed my before I travelled & provided contact info for the entertainment team manager & assistant manager. She instructed me to contact them on WhatsApp when I arrived at the resort. I contacted them & made arrangements to meet them at the Entertainment Centre. Lucas, the assistant manager showed me where the yoga mats, blocks & towels were. Then he took me to the location for my classes, the gazebo by the ocean. Wow!!! It is a breathtakingly beautiful space. He said ""the sound of the ocean will be your music"".
For the class location, as a guest in one of my classes said, ""this is the most beautiful yoga studio I've ever been in & I've been in many"". I couldn't have described it better!
Classes are 45 min @ 8am & 9am. I taught as per the abilities of the guests attending & the classes were well received. I was quite nervous at first as I am a new teacher. You have to read the class & be ready to provide lots of modifications for beginners & injuries, as well as give options for going into more advanced postures. The ability levels in each class ranged from complete beginner to regular yoga practitioners. I asked at the beginning of each class if anyone had any injuries. There were individuals with injuries in each class & I provided modifications as well as invited them to take any of their own modifications at any time. I had between 5 to 12 people in my classes.

Just finishing last day of teaching. This is the most fantastic place to teach. I have taught here 7 times and want to return in November. The class sizes vary from 6-16 per day. The entertainment team is awesome I love them all.Davide and Lucas, Roberto, Brenda Taeisa are always amazing to work with,the restaurants are great too.
