Zumba and Aqua Zumba were held pool side and pool deck. They have a speaker I hooked into easily. Booking is easy and I love the quality time with my family. The entertainment team are amazing! They work so hard and are always upbeat and in a great mood. We went last year, again this year, and will be back!

The entertainment team was amazing! They were so friendly and always invited me to join in on their activities. The whole experience was above and beyond what I hoped! This was my first teaching vacation and I will definitely take another. Finding a flight into cozumel was difficult we had 2 layovers and they were long. Customs in cozumel took awhile but the process wasn't bad. The resort was amazing and so welcoming.

The staff are awesome. My laptop cord broke and they helped me find a power cord. Kept my laptop behind the desk when I had my open water dives bc I had to checkout. The staff was fabulous and the E Team delightful. Already booked to go again in November! Loved this place! The drive was simple and fast. My classes were well promoted: The Entertainment team announced my classes, I walked around and invited guests to join, The Entertainment team walked around and invited guests to join, Activity Board, Smart TV. Teaching group fitness in front of the pool is amazing. Towels are available and planning on exercises using body weight, for all levels, is a great bet! I used my phone for music and they brought speaker hookup. AMazing!

I taught a Yoga class everyday at 9am it was for Sunscape and the Secrets next door. They had a really nice Yoga studio that was air conditioned and had a mirror on one wall and the back wall was all glass looking out to beautiful plants. I had anywhere from 3-9 people depending on the day.We had a great family trip and had a blast with the entertainment team everyday.

I taught at two resorts--Sunscape and Secrets. I taught a 45-minute Zumba class (10 am - 10:45 am) at Sunscape and then I walked over to Secrets and taught my second class (11 am - 11:45 am).All equipment was provided, which was great. All I had to do was plug in my phone to their auxiliary cord.At both resorts I averaged 3 people in each class. At least one of the entertainment staff always took my class also. They also did a good job recruiting participants for the class.I had both kids and adults in my classes. I had a really great experience and this was my first time trying a teaching vacation. I would come back to this resort and teach again.Friendliness and courtesy go a long way with all of the resort staff. By day two I was recognized at both resorts by many staff as the Zumba instructor, so always be kind to all staff because during that week you are one of them. If they like you they will refer folks to your class and they will go above and beyond to meet your needs.

I traveled in the off season! Staff was amazing. They ask for group fitness but really want yoga taught so be prepared with yoga routines! Classes were small and taught on a stage by the pool. It was beautiful. 10:00 am class was all they required during the off season!

I had a fantastic time at Sunscape! Working with fitbodies was good and an excellent opportunity, I would have expected that the information I gave would have been forwarded to the resort team to plan accordingly (and the number of travelers). I will gladly work with fitbodies again, and I'm seriously considering going back to Sunscape Sabor Cozumel or to Secrets Aura Cozumel. For future instructors: make sure you meet the head of entertainment after your arrival, and also during the week. Be aware that some things are handled in Mexican time. Be flexible with your schedule and playlist/intensity. :)

I arrived around 7pm to the resort and was immediately greeted by staff who took my luggage to the front desk while I checked in. The sound system was great and I taught some land classes as well as Aqua Zumba classes during the noon time slot. Alex was a pleasure to work with and the guests enjoyed both watching, and participating, in classes. I would go back in a heartbeat (and plan on doing so).

Had a great teaching vacation at Sunscape Sabor! The entertainment staff were professional, yet laid back and fun-loving. Schedule was two classes back to back in the morning, with some flexibility. The hotel was clean, well kept, and well staffed. Food and restaurants got boring, but the location made up for it: great snorkeling right off the beach, perfect sunset views, and a nice walk-able stretch of beach.

The staff was lovely but there were many problems with the resort itself. There was a hoarding mentality with the guests as there were not enough chairs or towels or floties for the pool. The resort lost electricity for about four or five hours one night. We also must have been there during a particularly raucous week because it had a booze cruise atmosphere. So much so that we paid special attention to make sure one *very* drunk woman didn't drown in the pool and another got home safely. Yikes. Finally, we went with our 4-year old and there were literally no other kids there. There was a kids club with great programming where he went for a few hours the first day. But there weren't any other kids for him to play with. So, we would not pick this resort again, HOWEVER all of our basic expectations were met--beautiful weather, lovely staff, adequate food. We greet all of these vacations with a sense of adventure. It definitely had a "first week open" sort of feel with meals starting late and long waits for grill items.

I taught 2 - 30 minute Zumba Classes for 6 of the 7 glorious days that I spent at the Sabor with my 2 children. We were there March 3 - 10, 2013. The staff was fantastic!!! We loved everything about the resort as well as the food. I would go back except there are so many other opportunities that I would like to try. I highly recommend this resort! I also recommend renting a car at the airport so that you can explore the island - there is a lot to see and do.

This was a wonderful resort for families - with a vibrant and fun atmosphere. The Entertainment Manager is an awesome person and his team are friendly and helpful. We were treated really well and teaching schedule was great - two classes back to back in the morning and the rest of the day free for fun in the sun. Would definitely go back!
