I loved my experience at Dreams Cape in Cozumel. The schedule and class format was great and allowed for a great family vacation while also being able to share fitness with the guests. Great place if you love snorkeling!

Just a note there are a lot of stairs here. It is hard to get around with older people and strollers. Great trip!

Great staff, always busy Dreams Cape Cozumel is beautifully set right on the beach. Excellent resort for divers and snorkelers We used the Secrets pier to get picked up in the afternoon for our diving. The evening entertainment was really awesome- they utilized the large beach front for some of the shows. I’m definitely more of a beach girl than pools so couldn’t really suggest which pool to hang out when the sand and surf is all I need.

No comments, all went well. Teaching experience went well! I might suggest an earlier start time to avoid the heat. I love my students and resort staff! Teaching pilates on the beach was wonderful!

I went to the front desk multiple times on Sunday trying to meet up with someone from the entertainment staff & provided my number to be reached at directly. After not being contacted I just showed up at the beach Monday morning and brought towels with me to have a class. The entertainment manager did show up Monday morning at the beach & told me that would be where i was teaching all week & apologized for not connecting with me prior to the class time. In the Hyatt app it had yoga listed as being located at alternating between the beach & garden. I was never told to teach at the garden by the entertainment manager and this caused confusion with the guests. I never saw the entertainment manager after the first morning & set up the classes by myself following the location listen in the daily activities printouts. I loved this and the situation I described above did not negatively effect my trip, it's just info to help other instructors. I loved it!

The staff were amazing at this resort to work with, Heidi was head of the Eteam and she met with me on the first day and gave the run down. She was very busy between resorts so I did not see her a lot but was in contact with her support staff daily. I taught Bootcamp on the main beach at 9am and then they changed it to 9:30 a few days later.
I had a range of 2-10 people per day depending on the arrival rate.
You have access to secrets and sunscape as well which was nice as that gave us access to more restaurants. Dreams only has Pizzeria, Olio, and Annato. The website says Olio is adults only but children were allowed. The buffet was not open for dinner most nights.
The gym was well equipped and busy some days and others not so much.
Something to note is that you have access to one free visit to the aqua circuit in the spa.
Would def hit this resort again as the snorkeling was great off the beach and the staff were wonderful.

GREAT BEACH! Lovely staff - E team member Zayra is the one who made this resort memorable! As always amazing experience! Thank you! I taught Zumba and Aqua Zumba, and loved introducing myself to guests while inviting them to class. Supportive E-Team. Great memories with my family!

Just got back from teaching yoga at this beautiful resort. I taught at 9am on the beach. I brought towels and set them up every morning. I only saw the entertainment manager the morning of my first class. Guests from Dreams, SunScape, and Secrets all took part in the classes. The snorkeling is amazing right in front of the hotel. You can use Sunscape & Secrets’ amenities and restaurants. The hotel itself is small with one tiny pool, but we never felt crowded and spent most of our time at the beach. It’s only a 20 minute ride into downtown San Miguel ($15 cab ride). The island is beautiful and I can’t wait to return.
