I taught Aqua Zumba and Pilates. Food is great. Used a lead to connect my ipod to their speaker. This was a brilliant teaching vacation!

I keep going back to Jamaica because of the people - hotel staff were exceptional! Jewel Grande was the most luxurious resort I have stayed at yet!!! I highly recommend it. Kevin the fitness manager was excellent. We got along really well & I think he is fantastic! Teaching yoga on the beach, gazebo and studio are all beautiful settings.

The teaching schedule is a little flexible and I appreciate this. Bikes are usually positioned outside for class so one day it rained and we had class indoors. Lots of relaxation time, good food and really an enjoyable experience!

I taught Group Fitness and Cycling in the Spa. They have bikes, weights, mats. My phone connected to speaker via Blu Tooth. Entertainment team was fun and friendly. Fitness Director was helpful and easy to work with. It was a great trip!

It was amazing. Kevin, Chrissy, and Whitney are the best. Can't wait to see them again. Most amazing opportunity. I taught Zumba, Group Fitness, Cycling at the Pool and outside spin studio. Music setup is speaker with Aux for Zumba and Mixxedfit/ Speaker with bluetooth for spin.

I taught barre in the yoga room in the spa. They have Mats, 3 lb hand weight balls, bluetooth speaker, fan to work with in the space. I really enjoyed the experience and have already rebooked!

I taught cycling and Pilates. The indoor cycling studio is nice and I used my iPhone with the resort speaker provided. The staff were all great!! Kevin was very helpful and easy to work with :) Loved this resort, great staff, relaxed atmosphere, meet a lot of nice people from all over the world that enjoyed taking my classes. Very enjoyable!! Really, the travel, arrival, etc., were all good!

Also, the Entertainment team announced my classes, I walked around and invited guests to join, The Entertainment team walked around and invited guests to join. Yoga class is taught on the gazebo and beach. I loved the resort, the classes and quality time on vacation! I highly recommend this resort as a teaching location. Kevin, the fitness manager, takes great pride in his programs and really goes above and beyond for the guests and visiting teachers. Everything went as expected and we had a wonderful trip!

Amazing! Yoga on the beach and gazebo in the ocean. E-Team is amazing from overall attitude to helping me promote my classes to guests. I took my phone and bluetooth speaker for music. Love teaching on vacation and love the food here, too! Kevin is great and the staff of the Jewel Grande are all AMAZING! Love this resort! My teaching vacation was incredible! Highly recommend the Jewel Grande in Montego Bay! Everything was great but plan for close to 3 hours to get to your terminal in Jamaica when flying home. The airport was crazy busy due to spring break and understaffed so it was a mess to get checked in. Can't wait to return!

I will book again within 9-12 months! Everyone was so kind and helpful! Kevin, the fitness manager, was great! I have had an account with FitPro Travel for years but this was my first teaching vacation. I only wish I had done it sooner! I cried at the end of my last class because I was sad to go. I will definitely be taking many more teaching vacations. ;) Everything worked out exactly as it was explained. It was seamless! We felt safe and well cared for.

I love my students, The beach, Teaching while also on vacation! I taught yoga and pilates on the beach and in the studio and preferred to not use music. Kevin was highly organized and his communication was spot on! I absolutely love teach yoga on the beach! I had the opportunity to teach to people from London, Canada, NY and Philly. The group had such great energy and smiles. Simply invigorating!

I taught yoga here, on the beach and ocean gazebo. This was back in May, actually. The Entertainment announced my class, and I always personally invite guests. The people of Jamaica are so full of love - I loved their gesture of the hand over the heart when greeting people or as a "you're welcome" gesture....service from the heart is their training and you could tell how genuine they were. I taught two yoga classes a day - 7:15 am on the beach, 30 minutes, 9:15 am on the ocean gazebo - 45 minutes. No music necessary - just the natural waves. There is a beautiful yoga room in the spa for rainy days. Be sure to advertise the classes yourself by talking to guests - only listed on the tv in the room.

I taught group fitness on the patio outside of the group cycle room. They have bikes and mats and cleaner (of course). The staff helped me promote classes and announcements included the class times, too. I always say hi to guests, introduce myself and invite them to class. I love the resort guests, Spending quality time with my companion/family, The pool. I know things are always changing with COVID but I taught in early May 2021 and we were charged $120 for return COVID test. I can't help but mention this unexpected cost and hopefully it does not continue. I will book again with 6-9 months. Everyone was very helpful and always enjoy teaching to folks at the resorts.

I taught way back in January 2020 but I hope this is still helpful <3 I taught yoga on the beach, and in spa studio. They have blocks and beautiful mats, and cleaner and towels. No music needed on beach. I brought my own MP3 player and speaker for the Spa Studio. My favs: The whole luxury vacation!, Spending quality time with my companion/family, Teaching while also on vacation! Kevin at the resort was fantastic. He was really easy to work with! Denise was very helpful when I asked about room accommodations. I feel that the communication this year was even better than last and even this survey was a great addition to caring how your instructors did/felt. Nicely done and great way to get feedback that is valuable as a company to get better! I am booking again now!!

The staff were amazing to deal with. After 3 weeks they felt like family. We were all on a first name basis. They were very kind and super helpful. Traveling during a pandemic was stressful but totally worth it. The actual process of getting there and home was expected and normal, surprising!

I’m just getting home from my week teaching at Jewel Grande Montego Bay. I wanted to let you both know that it was a fabulous week at this resort. Kevin was the best fitness coordinator I’ve ever worked with on a teaching vacation. And I’ve really always liked everyone at the other resorts. But Kevin is so friendly, welcoming and well organized. He runs such a great program! I taught Spinning and Pilates...the facility is top notch and the guests are so fun. The classes were very well attended too!! I even had 12 people in Pilates at the studio Friday at 4:30pm! I can’t wait to go back there!
He asked when I can come back and I said next winter break : ) (spring break I’m teaching at Dreams Las Mareas) but I told him I booked Now Larimer because when I booked Jewel wasn’t available. But if anything changes just know I’d be happy to switch and return to Jewel Grande
