I taught yoga class poolside. They have nice mats. My class numbers were rather small but it's slow season for the resort and ongoing construction. The food was really good! Better than I expected tbh. There was confusion with booking Monday-Monday vs Sunday to Sunday for the Yoga Position at Sandpiper Bay. The resort is very much under construction. My family had a great time, but it wasn't the same experience as other resorts due to most things not being open.

We had an amazing time at Sandpiper Bay! The resort was quiet with guests the week we were there as renovations are going on as the resort transitions and makes its improvements. The staff is among the most welcoming and friendly of any staff at any resorts I've been to! I taught cardio (they wanted Zumba) at 10am and then Aqua Zumba at the pool at noon. Most of my participants were either small groups of people who stayed at the resort or the pickelball players. Hotel rooms are renovated and spacious and the 2 pools were renovated and beautifull It was nice being able to drive there and have our car to run out and do things on some afternoons. After my classes, we spend a lot of time at the beautiful pool and enjoyed some downtime! And I have to say the Internet was super fast and strong! (that could change as the resort gets more populated though). I'd recommend this resort to anyone who can be flexible and understand they have renovations and construction going on, and be adaptable until it finishes (which it will be amazing once it is completed... but it sounds like it will be a while). Regardless, we had an amazing week and we hope to return at some point down the road when the resort updates have been completed. Thank you Fit Bodies for offering this resort as an option! :)

I taught gx and aqua by the main pool. They have a speaker and aux cord but I always still take my own aux cord. Worked out well. I loved the pickleball, and teaching on vacation! I think the staff needs to be more flexible with times to accomodate the needs of their guests and weather. I enjoyed it very much and am looking forward to my next vacation
