Resort hosts two certified or licensed professionals per week. See "schedule info" below for important notices. Professionals are limited to two weeks per year at Couples Swept Away.  Consecutive weeks may only be booked May-Nov.  Formats accepted:

Sports-minded couples are welcomed to this all-suites resort known for its expansive menu of sports offerings, top-notch facilities (the best in Jamaica and among the best in the Caribbean), and emphasis on healthful cuisine. If you're looking for an active vacation that is still sprinkled with a hint of romance, it's your best option in Negril. The suites are in 26 two-story tropical villas, each with a private verandah overlooking the sea or a lush garden area spread out along a 0.5-mi (0.75-km) stretch of gorgeous beach. Across the road lies one of Jamaica's best sports complexes, with classes and high-end equipment and instruction. Couples Swept Away has a sparkling sports and fitness complex including fully equipped gym with Cybex fitness equipment, plus aerobics room with a flexible floor, a 25-meter lap pool and an outdoor jogging track.

Yoga Teachers - 200 hours of teacher traning minimim requirement of guest instructors here.  Saturday Off

Group Fitness Instructors Saturday Off.  Professionals traveling December through March, must teach spin, and be spin certified. Bikes equipped with SPD clips, not the SPD SL.

You may be asked to lead an aqua class on the beach instead of one of the above land classes.

Let's talk fitness facility! WOW! This place has a 10 acre fitness arena separate from the rooms, beach and relaxation pools.There is an Olympic size lap pool, basketball, tennis, soccer, par course and of course the fitness center and aerobic room filled with everything you need for a fitness holiday. I love the Lemon Grass restaurant and the amazing view of the sunset.
