Purchasing a trip to a Sandals Resort is confirmed differently than all of our other resorts: Once you purchase your week, Sandals will process the request 2 weeks before arrival, a confirmation number will be issued 7-10 days before arrival. Airline tickets should only be purchased after you receive a confirmation. We do understand your airline flights may increase in price however we want to ensure you will have a confirmed room. Sandals has requested a professional for the dates advertised and it is their intent to have a guest professional. If Sandals is unable to confirm your room, you will have a credit on your account for one year from date of purchase to be used for any available resort for any available date within your membership level. A refund will not be issued. Our staff will ensure you are contacted the moment we receive a confirmation. Promise!
