Purchasing a trip to a Sandals Resort is confirmed differently than all of our other resorts. Once you purchase your week, Sandals will process the request 2 weeks before arrival, a confirmation number will be issued a few days before arrival. Airline tickets should only be purchased after you receive a confirmation. We do understand your airline flights may increase in price however we want to ensure you will have a confirmed room. Sandals has requested a professional for the dates advertised and it is their intent to have a guest professional. If Sandals is unable to confirm your room, you will have a credit on your account for one year from date of purchase to be used for any available resort for any available date within your membership level.
