Purchasing a trip to a Sandals Resort is confirmed differently than all of our other resorts. Once you purchase your week, Sandals issues a confirmation number 48-72 hours before arrival. Airline tickets should only be purchased after you receive a confirmation. We do understand your airline flights may increase in price however we want to ensure you will have a confirmed room. Sandals has requested a professional for the dates advertised and it is their intent to have a guest professional. If Sandals is unable to confirm your room, you will have a credit on your account for one year from date of purchase to be used for any available resort for any available date within your membership level. A refund will not be issued. Our staff will ensure you are contacted the moment we receive a confirmation. Promise! The gift fund was created by Fit Bodies, Inc. at its inception as a gesture of kindness toward the resorts hosting each pro. These resorts, no matter how large and how prestigious, do not have a budget for certain items they desire and require for the day to day operations in the entertainment and fitness departments
