Purchasing a trip to a Sandals Resort is confirmed differently than all of our other resorts: Once you purchase your week, Sandals will process the request 2 weeks before arrival, a confirmation number will be issued 7-10 days before arrival. Airline tickets should only be purchased after you receive a confirmation. We do understand your airline flights may increase in price however we want to ensure you will have a confirmed room. Sandals has requested a professional for the dates advertised and it is their intent to have a guest professional. If Sandals is unable to confirm your room, you will have a credit on your account for one year from date of purchase to be used for any available resort for any available date within your membership level. A refund will not be issued. Our staff will ensure you are contacted the moment we receive a confirmation. Promise! To enhance your travel experience, we have updated our gift fund program. Instead of a separate fee, the gift fund will now be included in your total trip cost, making the booking process simpler. We'll also be providing essential equipment directly to the hotels based on their specific needs.
